skills and tactics consume major part of the pie; this is something that coaches/managers look into when offering a player pro contract. Different managers/coaches have different requirements and game plan and this both elements vary accordingly. Physical demand is standard, every teams and individual needs it whether it can be speed, strength, agility, balance or flexibility. If your team playing attacking tactically or defensively they will be needing this pillars to support their plan. Most importantly, as a football player the most hated word for us is “INJURY”. Physical readiness not only help us in performance enhancement, yet prevent injury and prolong our career.
SO WHAT MUST I DO?
A question that can’t be answered in single word. Yes, the default answer will be, go gym train. But what type of exercise do I need to do? Most of young players make these mistakes a lot of them train like bodybuilder or train simply to look physically attractive. Big biceps won’t help you in becoming the GOAT. In becoming an elite player, you need a structure program that focuses your weakness and assist you in improving your overall physical readiness, while maintaining “MATCH FIT” throughout competition or leagues. Different individuals have/requires different type of fitness component that need to be worked. Since football is a complex sport that works on physical, tactical and skill; playing/training with professional or armature clubs will not emphasize on individual program due to the volume of players and competition schedules.

What’s next?
Every individual requires customized program due to anatomical, genetic, neuromuscular adaptation, training age, level of playing and other factors. A good program should consist both field and gym work that mimic and transferable for game situation. Our 3 months’ program allow our team to work closely with player to identified their weakness and improve their performances. Our program has the privilege of flexibility where players can choose which aspect of fitness components they wish to work specifically. But, we strongly encourage players to allow us to assess them before working with them.
