Sports nutrition is an important factor in determining between elite and armature. Athletic who wants a winning edge need the right nutrition. You may have the best coach, facilities or ability but if you are not feeding the body right you’re doing sin to it. Sports nutrition vary from general nutrition.

In sports nutrition, we use the foundation of nutrition which is carbohydrates, protein and fat (macro nutrition) and minerals and vitamins (micro nutrition) to gauge on quantity, quality and time to induce the correct nutrition to the athletic. Different athletic requires different type nutrition needs base on the demand of sports, training variable and individual factor. Here in N6 performance, we advise our athletes on sports nutrition base on their portfolio. We also work with sports nutritionist to prescribed nutrition structure in special case.
